Gietzen, PC ("Gietzen," "the Firm," "we," "us," or "our") operates the website located at gietzen.law (the "Site"). This Privacy Policy explains what information the Site collects, how it is used, and the choices available to you. By using the Site, you agree to the practices described below.
Gietzen does not maintain its own database of visitor information and does not sell personal information. The third-party analytics and advertising providers listed in Section 2 receive information directly through their own tracking technologies as you browse the Site; this occurs independently of any information you submit to us.
Gietzen does not maintain a database of Site visitor or form-submission data. Contact form emails are retained in the Firm's ordinary business email records for as long as reasonably necessary to respond to your inquiry, maintain client records (if an attorney-client relationship is formed), and comply with legal, accounting, and professional responsibility obligations. Data collected by third-party analytics and advertising providers is retained according to each provider's own policies, referenced in Section 2.
The Site is not directed to children under 13, and Gietzen does not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so we can address it.
